A Journey Rooted in Understanding

As a mom of three, including a son with special needs, I understand the unique challenges that moms face on their journey to wellness. At times I have lived in survival mode, trying to be everything for everyone, and losing myself along the way. I know what it’s like to pour from an empty cup, but I also know what it’s like to take your power back. Through fitness, nutrition, and mindset shifts, I was able to transform my life. That is why I created Parvati Wellness to help you do the same.

Hello, my name is Kristina.  My mission is to empower women, especially busy moms and those struggling with caregiver burnout, to reconnect with their bodies, find balance, and prioritize their health in a way that feels realistic and aligned with their lives. I take a holistic, and evidenced based approach that blends fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to create sustainable results.
